Internal Sales
Our office staff will take your inquiries by phone or in writing and also act as a link between the field service and the departments that carry out the work, such as the dispatch department. Your orders by email, online store or fax are carefully checked for availability and transferred to our merchandise management system. This enables us to inform you in good time if items are not available on your desired date. You will then receive an illustrated order confirmation. If you have special orders, a request for improvement or a complaint, our internal sales team will of course be happy to advise you.
