We can usually ship your order within 2-3 days, or faster if you wish. During the season (August to October and January to February), please allow for longer delivery times.
Delivery is usually made by freight forwarding; smaller and fragile or particularly urgent shipments are sent by parcel service. Delivery time by forwarding company depends on the region and distance – it takes 2-3 days on average.
In addition, we offer delivery to the desired date. This means you can plan early and put together your range without unnecessarily blocking storage space.

Exchange / Complaint
If you have any reason for complaint, please complete the complaint form and send it to us within 8 days. You will help us to process the complaint by providing precise details. Returns from business customers are only possible in exceptional cases. We reserve the right to charge 20% of the value of the goods for storage and reconditioning.
