Shipping costs overview

As a rule, we can ship your order within 2-3 days, or faster on request. During the season (August to October and January to February) please allow for longer delivery times.

Delivery is normally carried out by a forwarding agent; smaller, fragile or particularly urgent consignments are sent by parcel service. The delivery time depends on your region and distance – on average it takes 2-3 days.

Payment options

Payment is made by invoice net or by direct debit with a 2% discount. Please send us the following direct debit authorization, which you can of course revoke at any time. For new customers we reserve the right to deliver on prepayment.

Cash & Carry

Are you from the Bremen area? Then you can collect your orders directly from the Stuhr pick-up market or the Bremen wholesale market. Of course, you can also select your goods on site.

Delivery directly to you

Of course, we deliver directly to you, whether to your warehouse or to the store. We also offer delivery on the date of your choice. This means you can plan early and put together your range without unnecessarily blocking storage space.

International delivery

We not only deliver throughout Germany, but also throughout Europe and beyond. You can find an overview of the transparent flat-rate freight costs below.

Freight costs*

Our freight costs depend on the delivery area, but also on the goods themselves. Certain goods and quantities cannot be sent by parcel due to volume, weight or the risk of breakage. In these cases, we offer delivery by a forwarding agent. We also offer free shipping for orders over a certain value. Our online store calculates this automatically for you. Please refer to the following table for the calculations and exact data.

We are a medium-sized importer and wholesaler for commercial resellers. In particular, florists, garden centers, furniture stores, boutiques, gift stores and decoration stores are among our customers. But this also includes all customers who enhance their commercial spaces with their own decorators – such as hotels, restaurants or fitness studios.
We have been serving customers in the field of grave care and funeral culture since the company was founded. Here we offer a very wide range of natural materials and grave decorations.

Exchange / Complaint

If you have a reason for complaint, please complete the complaint form and send it to us within 8 days. You will help us to process the complaint by providing detailed information. Returns from business customers are only possible in exceptional cases. We reserve the right to charge 20% of the value of the goods for storage and reconditioning.

New customer application

If you would like to become a customer with us, all you have to do is fill out our new customer application. As an importer and wholesaler, we supply only tradesmen. We would therefore like to get to know you a little better and need some information from you. We look forward to hearing from you!
