As a rule, we can ship your order within 2-3 days, or faster on request. During the season (August to October and January to February) please allow for longer delivery times.
Delivery is normally carried out by a forwarding agent; smaller, fragile or particularly urgent consignments are sent by parcel service. The delivery time depends on your region and distance – on average it takes 2-3 days.

Exchange / Complaint
If you have a reason for complaint, please complete the complaint form and send it to us within 8 days. You will help us to process the complaint by providing detailed information. Returns from business customers are only possible in exceptional cases. We reserve the right to charge 20% of the value of the goods for storage and reconditioning.
